ABOUT ME
BAGHDAD, IRAQ 33.3° N / 44.4° E
I’m Ameer Monther — a computer engineer and business professional connecting strategy, brands, people and technology.
My work lives at the intersection of how businesses think, how teams work, and how brands grow.
I started in logistics and distribution in 2016, before moving into design, printing and production. That hands-on foundation shaped the way I approach management: with an understanding of what it takes to turn an idea into something real.
Since then, my work has grown to include company building, operations, project management, brand development and marketing. Today, I lead marketing at Baron Group, bringing that experience to a diverse portfolio of businesses.
02 / THE JOURNEY
Each chapter adds a different perspective.
Together, they shape how I work.
Leading marketing direction across beauty and healthcare, security, fitness, food and hospitality, and floral retail. Connecting each business’s commercial priorities with its brand, campaigns and customer experience.
Contributed to establishing and developing Rekalam from its earliest stage. Helped build its operational structure, expand its services and coordinate multidisciplinary teams as the organization grew from 5 to 34 people.
Developed practical experience across design, printing systems, materials, production and quality control — following creative work from the screen to its finished physical form.
Created digital content and promotional materials, translating marketing messages into visual communication for social audiences.
Coordinated goods moving from Basra Port to Baghdad warehouses and onward across Iraq, building a foundation in logistics, supply chains and operational execution.
A CHAPTER OF SHARED GROWTH
Rekalam’s company-wide record through the end of 2025,
during the chapter I helped establish and develop.
